• We may use it to send you information about Strawberry Diva. You have complete control over this information and can choose to receive none if you wish.
• We will never give your email address to anyone else, unless required to do so by the law.

Other information

Playing Strawberry Diva involves engaging in actions. These actions include, but aren't limited to, creating events, responding to invitations, commenting, microblogging and rating other players. All actions constitute creating information. All information you create when playing may be visible to other players, so please make sure you're happy with whatever actions you take.

Terms of Use

You must be eighteen or over to register with or play Strawberry Diva.

You own the copyright to any and all content you create while playing. By playing you grant us a free license to use and reproduce your content anytime, anywhere, in any format.

All the information you create while playing contributes to the virtual world shared by other players. For this reason, if you choose to close your account, all information you've created will persist and remain visible to other players.

Strawberry Diva is a competitive game, but we still expect all players to behave respectfully towards one another and to exercise common sense when playing.

We reserve the right to change the behaviour of Strawberry Diva while you're playing.

We reserve the right to change our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If we do this, we'll notify you either by email or via your Facebook account, depending on how you signed up. We may also notify you within Strawberry Diva while you're playing.
